My License Is Invalid?

There are several reasons as to why you may be recieving this error.

First of all if you know your license has not expired check the following.

1: You entered your license key correctly in the radio Center Settings in your admin cp
2: You have not changed domain name, IP address for your server or the install path of the forum
3: You have uploaded the Radio Center files in binary mode

If your domain, install path or server IP has changed, you can login to your licensing client area (not the support & hosting client area) click to view your licenses, select the license and then click the "Reissue License" button. This will reset the locked ip, path and domains to blank entrys and they will be set again upon first access.

If your license has expired it is probably due to you missing a monthly payment. The £1 GBP monthly fee or the £10 GBP yearly fee is required to keep your license active.
