My local key is showing as invalid.

Portal Home > Knowledgebase > Licensing > My local key is showing as invalid.

If you are changing domain name, server IP or install path you first need to use the Remote Sockets method, then load up your radio center. This then registers your install information to your license.

After this you may then download your local key and switch licensing methods. Please remember to always re-issue your license from the licensing area before changing any of the 3 above mentioned scenarios.

If you are using your license for the first time you do not need to re-issue, simply start out with teh remote sockets method to lock your install details to you license, then download your local key and switch licensing methods.

If remote sockets is not an option to you contact our support to have us manually enter your server install data to your license.
