This can occur randomly at any time and is something we have no control over. Occasionally the 3rd party API we use will be offline for a short time for updates or other reasons. When such happens, or if an invalid response is recieved, the Bouncy Xbox Live system will display the API Error message.
This is done to prevent horrible pages filled with errors at the top, and to let you know what the problem is.
Currently we do not run an API for this service, but we are looking into getting our own API server up and running with funding from this script.
